We recommend storing our Date and Nut bark in a refrigerator for ideal freshness (and a yummy crunch!), but a cool, dry space will do.

We use delicious organic Deglet Noor dates, chopped and coated in an organic date powder to avoid sticking. Deglet Noor literally translates to "Date of Light" which is fitting for this date that's lighter in color with a honey-like sweetness and subtle nuttiness.

Our dates are sourced in the United States and are naturally gluten-free, vegan, and have no preservatives.

We pride ourselves on using high quality ingredients to give our customers the best product we can. Our 70% Peruvian dark chocolate is only sweetened with coconut sugar to give the the perfect balance of richness, bitterness, and sweetness.

While not certified, our Date and Nut Bark is proudly gluten-free, vegan, and refined sugar free.

Our bark does contain tree nuts and coconut. It is also manufactured in a facility that also processes wheat (gluten), sesame, eggs, milk, and tree nuts.
