Our Story

I get out of bed every morning thinking about what I’m going to eat that day. As long as I can remember, food has been the passion and joy of my life.

As a Palestinian-American, dates have always been central, woven into everyday meals, family gatherings, and every celebration. I remember all the times I was volun-told to hold a tray and offer date-filled sweets to my grandmother's guests. Until now, every bite takes me back home to the breeze on the patio with my cousins, laughing around the table as loudly as the chirping birds. Sweet, joyful, and deeply familiar.

Dated was born from two ideas I couldn’t ignore.

I wanted a better-for-you sweet treat that doesn’t ask you to compromise on flavor, texture, or ingredients.

I also wanted to honor an ingredient that’s often treated as a trend. Dated is different. It’s connected to heritage and is thoughtfully modernized for how we eat today.

Naturally sweet, high in fiber, and antioxidant-rich, they're perfectly paired with creamy nut butter, crunch nuts, and rich dark chocolate. Dates don’t need to be reinvented—just appreciated. Dated exists to do exactly that.
